Mr Vaqar Graduated as Civil Engr. in 1964. He Worked as integral associate of his elder brother; Engr. Izhar Ahmad Qureshi (Late), founder chairman of M/s. IZHAR GROUP OF COMPANIES. His Extensive experience of Civil Construction works of almost all types of buildings and manufacturing of Pre-cast concrete Products.

Graduate as Civil Engineer from UET Lahore (Session 93-98), stood second overall. He has Work experience with NESPAK and later with M/s.Ittefaq Concrete as Technical Director.
